phone lines constant reminders
The location of the hotel is convenient for getting around the area.
I was annoyed that the phone lines were down, requiring us to use WhatsApp to contact different departments. Getting simple requests fulfilled took constant reminders and multiple calls, it was really frustrating. Waiting 8-12 hours for towels and slippers after repeated calls is unacceptable.

The room include two separate sinks and rainfall shower. The breakfast included a vast range of food with western and Sri Lankan options. I found the staff friendly and helpful at all times.

effective communication safety precaution
the reservation team communicated effectively and guided me with specific requirements. The designated taxi met me at arrivals and took me to the vehicle. I appreciated the allocated elevators and the safety precautions at check-in.
i found the reception and seating area quite limited! this made the initial impression slightly less cute.

My room was spacious it had a wall to ceiling window in the shower. I used the gym it had equipment I needed. The breakfast buffet included many choices the food tasted very good.
The room had some issues the cleanliness was not good. Some amenities were missing they were mentioned in the description.

the room was spacious and very clean. the restaurants were good. the staff were friendly and the room felt clean.
There was cigarette smell in the room when i checked in. it was annoying. i had to call multiple times for towels and room slippers. phone lines were also down . We used whatsapp.

the staff were friendly and ready to help. the room was huge. i booked a beach view room, and it was well equipped. i enjoyed a brief swim in the rooftop pool.
the room had no windows. i had difficulty breathing with the air-conditioning. i would like the room to include windows.

absent table phone lines
The absence of a proper table for room service was a bit of a nuisance. i had to ask multiple times to get a rolling table when ordering for more than one person it seemed they preferred i juggle plates on my lap. also getting through to the front desk reminded me of a game of chance. Phone lines were apparently enjoying a vacation of their own. i ended up resorting to whatsapp for basic requests a bit unconventional for a hotel of this caliber. the delays in receiving towels and slippers added to the overall impression that efficiency was not their strong suit.
